Obituary

Rosalie G. (Wobensmith) Koffel of Perkasie, passed away on Wednesday, March 29, 2017, at St. Luke’s Hospice Center surrounded by her beloved family. She was 79 years old.

She is survived by her loving, daughter Christine (Douglas) Kemp of Quakertown, adored grandsons Dalton, Evan, and Logan, and grand-kitty JoJo.  Also, loving nieces Patricia Rogers of Quakertown, Amanda Camasta, John & Aubree of Pennsburg, and sister-in-law Margaret Koffel of Quakertown.  She is also survived by son, Ronald (Sue) Koffel of Sellersville, grandchildren Stacey and Aaron, and great-grandaughter Skylar.  She was predeceased by brothers Joseph Dorsen and James Wobensmith.
 

Rosalie graduated in 1955 from Upper Southampton-Warminster Joint High School. She was a member of the Sellersville American Legion Auxiliary Post #255 Sellersville.  She worked for many years for PSG Industries in Perkasie as a solderer/factory worker, prior to her retirement.  She was an avid reader and her most enjoyable times were watching her grandsons at their soccer games and most definitely being their loudest supporter, as well as family trips with her daughter and family to Ocean City, NJ.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Celebration of Life Service at 12 noon. on Saturday, April 22, at the St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 910 Allentown Road, Sellersville, where friends will be received after 11 a.m. until the time of the service. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the St. Luke’s Hospice House, 2455 Black River Road, Bethlehem, PA  18015.
